Some would say it is simple. How hard could it be? Well I am Here to tell you you have probably been doing it all wrong. Don't you hate the smell of freshly peeled hard boiled egg? or the grey around the out side of the yolk when you are making deviled eggs. Well her is my secret to the perfect hard boiled egg. Ok step 1 put just enough water in a pot to
barely cover your desired amount of eggs. Step to bring to a full rolling boil. Step 3 after full boil turn off the stove cover with a tight lid for 5 min. You can even remove from heat source all together and you will get the same results. I am just lazy and turn off the heat. Step 4 rinse in cold water and peel. vuala no grey, no smell perfect center. TIP the longer you let them sit after removing from heat the harder the center. I find they peel better too. This works great for duck eggs too. Let me know what you think.
